Welcome to BMEXTERN, the largest Business Networking Platform. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of BMEXTERN.com (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and other applicable terms. These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use constitutes your agreement to any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Registration

You are required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. BMEXTERN will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Use

Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with others. Misuse of accounts may result in termination.

4. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Refrain from posting or sharing harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.
Avoid unauthorized access, data mining, or interfering with the functionality of the Platform.

BMEXTERN reserves the right to monitor, remove, or restrict content that violates these terms.

5. Content Ownership and License

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create and upload to the Platform. By posting content, you grant BMEXTERN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating the Platform.

5.2 Platform Content

All intellectual property related to the Platform, including logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by BMEXTERN. You may not use or reproduce BMEXTERN’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Services Offered

BMEXTERN provides tools and features, including but not limited to:

Business networking opportunities.
Podcast creation and sharing capabilities.
Community building and collaboration.

Some features may require a subscription or additional fees, which will be clearly communicated.

7. Termination

BMEXTERN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement. You may also terminate your account by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Platform and its features will be revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

BMEXTERN and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law
