BMEXTERN provides a marketplace for vendors to sell products and services. To ensure a secure, professional, and fair trading environment, all vendors must comply with this Vendor Policy (“Policy”). By registering as a vendor on BMEXTERN, you agree to adhere to these terms.

2. Vendor Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Account Requirements: Vendors must create a BMEXTERN account and provide accurate business details, including legal name, contact information, and tax identification (if applicable).

2.2 Business Legitimacy: Vendors must operate legally and possess any necessary licenses and certifications for their industry.

2.3 Compliance with Laws: Vendors must comply with local, national, and international laws relevant to their business operations and product offerings.

3. Product and Service Listings

3.1 Accurate Descriptions:

  • Vendors must provide clear, honest, and detailed product or service descriptions, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Listings should not contain misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated claims.

3.2 Prohibited and Restricted Items:

  • Prohibited Items: Illegal goods, counterfeit products, adult content, weapons, drugs, and hazardous materials.
  • Restricted Items: Certain electronics, health products, and financial services may require approval before listing.

3.3 Use of Images and Media:

  • Vendors must have the legal rights to use images and media.
  • No misleading, offensive, or copyrighted content is allowed.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Fees

4.1 Fair Pricing: Prices must be competitive and transparent, with no hidden fees.

4.2 Transaction Processing:

  • All payments must be processed through BMEXTERN’s secure payment gateway.
  • Vendors must comply with BMEXTERN’s transaction policies and applicable tax regulations.

4.3 Platform Fees:

  • BMEXTERN may charge commission or service fees on sales. Vendors will be informed of applicable fees upon registration.

5. Order Fulfillment and Customer Service

5.1 Order Processing:

  • Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and ensure accurate deliveries.
  • Any changes or delays must be communicated to the customer.

5.2 Shipping and Returns:

  • Vendors must clearly state their shipping, return, and refund policies.
  • Refunds must be processed in accordance with BMEXTERN’s dispute resolution policies.

5.3 Customer Communication:

  • Vendors must respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Misleading or aggressive sales tactics are prohibited.

6. Compliance and Enforcement

6.1 Monitoring and Moderation:

  • BMEXTERN reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any non-compliant listings.
  • Vendors must cooperate with BMEXTERN’s compliance checks and investigations.

6.2 Account Suspension and Termination:

  • BMEXTERN may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or repeated customer complaints.
  • Vendors engaged in illegal or unethical practices may be permanently banned from the platform.

7. Reporting Violations

Users and customers can report policy violations to support@bmextern.com. BMEXTERN will investigate and take necessary actions.

8. Updates to Policies

BMEXTERN reserves the right to update these Policies. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
