By listing your business on BMEXTERN, you agree to abide by these Policies.

2.2 Legal Compliance: Businesses must comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to their industry.

2.3 Ownership and Authorization: The person submitting the business listing must be the business owner or an authorized representative.

2.4 Duplicate Listings: Businesses may not create multiple listings for the same entity unless they have distinct locations or service offerings.

3. Prohibited Listings

The following types of businesses and content are prohibited:

• Illegal Services: Any business engaged in unlawful activities, including fraud, counterfeit goods, or unlicensed operations.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Businesses that promote discrimination, hate speech, or violence.
• Adult Content and Services: Businesses offering sexually explicit content, escort services, or adult entertainment.

• Pharmaceutical and Health Claims: Businesses selling medical products or treatments must have the appropriate regulatory approvals.

7. Enforcement and Penalties

BMEXTERN may take the following actions for violations of these Policies:

• Modify or remove non-compliant listings.
• Issue warnings or temporary suspensions.
• Permanently ban repeat offenders.

9. Policy Updates
