1. Program Enrollment

• To participate in the BMEXTERN Affiliate Program, you must submit a complete application via our website, bmextern.com.
• BMEXTERN reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Obligations

• You agree to actively promote BMEXTERN services using approved channels such as websites, social media, and email marketing, in alignment with BMEXTERN’s brand and values.
• Affiliates must not engage in any form of misleading, illegal, or unethical marketing, including but not limited to spamming, unauthorized paid advertising, or misrepresentation of BMEXTERN’s services.

3. Commission Structure

• BMEXTERN offers a 20% commission on each qualifying sale generated through your unique affiliate link.
• Only referrals that result in completed purchases are eligible for commission. Commission amounts are based on the purchase price, excluding taxes, shipping, and any other fees.
• Commissions are calculated monthly and may be subject to performance-based incentives as determined by BMEXTERN.

4. Tracking and Payment

• BMEXTERN uses an affiliate tracking system to ensure all referrals and sales are accurately attributed to the correct affiliate.
• Payments are made on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $15. If you do not meet the threshold, your earnings will roll over to the following month.
• Payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods as specified by BMEXTERN.

5. Cookie Duration

• BMEXTERN uses cookies to track referrals. The cookie duration is 30 days, meaning if a referral makes a purchase within this period, you will receive a 20% commission on that sale.

6. Approved Marketing Materials

• BMEXTERN will provide promotional materials, such as banners, images, and text links. Only use these materials or pre-approved materials to promote BMEXTERN.
• Any alteration of promotional content must be approved in writing by BMEXTERN.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates must not:
  • Use unauthorized paid search ads, brand bidding, or competitor brand names to generate referrals.
  • Create websites, social media pages, or ads that impersonate BMEXTERN or mislead customers.
  • Engage in activities that violate BMEXTERN’s intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted materials.

8. Termination

• BMEXTERN reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violations of these terms.
• Upon termination, you will no longer have the right to promote BMEXTERN or receive commissions for future sales.

9. Confidentiality

• Affiliates agree not to disclose any proprietary information regarding BMEXTERN, including business strategies, commission details, and other program information, to third parties.

10. Modification of Terms

• BMEXTERN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

• BMEXTERN will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages related to your participation in the affiliate program. This includes any loss of revenue, profits, or data resulting from issues related to our tracking system, your promotional activities, or any other aspect of the affiliate program.

12. Governing Law
